Shipping

Customers shipping within the United States pay $5 for orders under $100 or free shipping for all orders of $100 or more.

Orders placed before 12:00pm PST typically ship same business day (not including pre-order items).
Orders placed after 12:00pm PST typically ship next business day (not including pre-order items).

Please note, these are general guidelines and are not guaranteed. Shipping is inherently unpredictable. We do our best to notify customers of any unusual circumstances that could impact shipping times.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.

*Please note, we unfortunately cannot cancel or make updates to an order or shipping address once its been placed. Please double check your order information carefully before submitting it. Our fulfillment team processes orders immediately to ensure customer's receive their products as soon as possible. Simply Organic Bamboo is not liable for incorrect or incomplete shipping address information submitted by the customer.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us using one of the following methods:

    • If you’re not satisfied with your Simply Organic Bamboo purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns made on our website for items that have not been opened, washed or used. These items must be in their original packaging (excluding products returned under our 30 Night Sleep Trial).

    • Customers must use the return shipping label we provide to you and are not permitted to self ship returns.  Customers will cover the cost of shipping back to Simply Organic Bamboo. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus the cost of return shipping. Returns received past 60 days of your order delivery date will only be eligible for store credit.

    • Clearance items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges on them.

    • We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    • If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

    • If any item is returned from a buy one, get one (BOGO) offer, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.

    • Gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for discounts or returns.

Exchanges

For all USA orders, we are happy to offer exchanges on items that have not been opened, washed or used. These items must be in their original packaging (excluding products returned under our 30 Night Sleep Trial). Customers will cover the cost of shipping back to us and we will cover the cost of shipping product back to the customer for any exchanges. Clearance items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges on them.  For international orders, we do not offer exchanges at this time. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

To better serve our customers, we are now offering shipping protection, which we highly suggest purchasing shipping protection at checkout. The cost of shipping protection is calculated based on total cart value. If you do not purchase shipping protection, Simply Organic Bamboo is not liable for missing or stolen packages. If the carrier claims to have delivered a package, but it is missing or stolen, you must notify us within 7 days. We will ask that you submit a police report for further investigation. We will then reship your package at no additional cost. All reshipments will require signature confirmation upon receipt in order to reduce recurring missing and stolen packages.

Missing Item/Incorrect Item

In the rare occurrence you are missing an item or received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please keep all packaging in order to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Item 

We take meticulous care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality. If you experience an issue, please contact us at care@simplyorganicbamboo.com within 30 days of receiving your order along with a photo, description of the issue, and your order number so we can help make things right!

Fault Exclusions

Our products are intended for regular home use and care instructions should be followed. The below occurrences are not considered faults or defects and returns will not be accepted nor replacements offered for items that have experienced the following:

  • Pilling - As our bedding is made from 100% bamboo viscose, pilling can occasionally happen. This can be reduced or removed during the washing and drying process. Minimal pilling is normal for organic and natural fibers that have not been treated with harmful chemicals and is not considered a fault or defect.
  • Discoloration/Stains - Due to the natural and organic nature of our fibers, our bamboo bedding should not be exposed to lotions or oils, as this can cause discolorations/stains on the fabric.
  • Our guarantee does not include misuse of the product including the following:
    • Incorrectly following care instructions 
    • Stains/discoloration, abrasion, rips/tears, or pet damage
    • Loss or theft of an item(s)

30-Night Sleep Trial

If you decide during the first 30 days that you no longer want your product*, you may return it for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. The 30-Night Sleep Trial only applies to your first order with Simply Organic Bamboo. Only 1 washed/used product is allowed to be returned using the 30-Night Sleep Trial. To redeem, email us at care@simplyorganicbamboo.com and we’ll send you a return label. Customers will cover the cost of return shipping. Returns received past 60 days of the initial delivery date will only be eligible for store credit. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Eligible products include sheet sets, duvet covers, pillowcases, pillowshams, throw blankets, crib sheets, sleep masks, and hair scrunchies. The following products are not included in the 30-night sleep trial: comforters, mattress pads, quilts, and any final sale items.
