Silky soft pillowcases

I didn't realize the sheet set already came with 2 pillowcases so I purchased an extra set but I am actually really happy I did. They are made of the same silky soft bamboo material and stay cold throughout the night which feels sooo refreshing on my face.

Love these pillowcases! They actually stay cool all night which is so refreshing. The only thing I would change is that they are slightly oversized (to accommodate fluffy pillows I guess) so its a tiny big on my flatter pillows, but everything else is perfection!

Customer Service Needs To Do Better

First order, I received the wrong size duvet cover. I received a King but I ordered a Queen. When i attempted to reach out to Customer Service, I didn't hear from them for almost a week. I thought this company was a scam. They finally reached out to me and was told I had to purchase the Queen and return the King. When I received the correct size, I noticed a defect (one of the duvet cover snaps was missing...) when i let them know (with photo proof) they told me to once again return it. At this point I just wanted my duvet cover and told them i would figure something out to replace that corner snap. I was expecting % back for all the trouble. I had to ask if they could provide me with something. Thye gave me 20% off my next purchase LOL. Amazing materials but the customer service is not worth the headache. As an owner of my own company, I am disappointed. You don't "make it right" by providing a discount code so you can spend more money. You give a % of the money back.

the only pillowcases i use

these are the only pillowcases and sheets I use! they are much softer than my luxury cotton pillowcases. i will only use these bamboo sheets and pillowcases from now on.
